You might have noticed there’s a bit going on at Norwest Anglican!
The last two years have been remarkable here at Norwest. We have essentially doubled in size, to the point that we now struggle to fit in all the adults and children that God brings along each week. A great challenge to have!
So, we’ve needed to make some modifications to our church.
• Our main auditorium increasing in capacity from 200 to 350
• The redevelopment of our kid’s playground and crèche
• Two new ministry spaces for kids and youth
• A new family room
• A new deck for a break-out space on the creek-side of the building
We envisage that work will take approximately 3 months, and that we’ll be back in the building for Christmas.
In the meantime, church still continues! We’re running two services every Sunday – at 9am and at 6pm. Our 9am service will be meeting next door in the Crestwood High School Hall (park in the church grounds, or on Chapel Lane). Our 6pm service (Chapel Lane) will be meeting on site as normal.
Please drop in at one of our services and say Hi! It’s only our building that won’t be accessible – our church (in the real sense) still will be!
9am - Crestwood High School Hall
(with kids church)
6pm - On site, as normal
We live to glorify God and to show his love to those around us. We’d love to see you at any of our regular Sunday services and help you explore how you can participate in the life of our community.
